Jailbroken Apple TV
Step 1: Follow this tutorial to install nitoTV on your Apple TV: Link
Step 2: Then Launch nitoTV on your Apple TV.
Step 3: Click on Settings on Top > Block Update.
Step 4: Click the Features Packages on the Top.
Step 5: Select Kodi-TVOS > Install.
Step 6: You might need to do this all twice, avoid any unnecessary clicking in the whole process.
Step 7: Once the installation is complete, you’ll get the message “Success, respring required” Click on Respring to reboot your device and finish the installation process.
Step 8: You’ll see Kodi right on your Apple TV Screen
Method 1: Sideloading using Cydia Impactor on Windows
Step 1: Right Click on the Kodi iOS.deb file.
Step 2: Highlight 7-zip > Extract Files or Extract using Winrar.
Step 3: This will create a Folder called Data.tar.
Step 4: Right Click the Data.tar and extract files as well.
Step 5: Now you’ll see Data Folder and data.tar.
Step 6: In the Data folder, select the Applications.
Step 7: In Applications folder, find the folder Kodi.app.
Step 8: Create a new folder in the Application folder, rename it to Payload.
Step 9: Drag the Kodi.app folder into the Payload folder.
Step 10: Crete an Archive or Zip file using 7-zip or Winrar of the Payload folder.
Step 11: Name the Archive to Kodi.ipa while creating the Archive.
Step 12: Connect Apple TV to your PC, Close iTunes if opened automatically.
Step 13: Extract the Cydia Impactor and Open the Impactor.exe.
Step 14: Your Apple TV should be detected by Cydia Impactor.
Step 15: Drag and Drop the Kodi.ipa file to Cydia Impactor.
Step 16: Enter a Valid Apple ID there and you are good to go.

Method 2: Sideload with Xcode and iOS App Signer
Step 1: Connect your Apple TV with your Macbook.
Step 2: Start a new tvOS > Application project in Xcode
Step 3: Set KodiAppleTV as the project name and create a unique identifier and bundle identifier.
Step 4: In case of any warning from Xcode, click Fix Issue.
Step 5: Create or Sign-in using your developer account.
Step 6: Select your development team.
Step 7: Open iOS App Signer.
Step 8: Select a Signing Certificate and a Provisioning Profile.
Step 9: Click Start and then select an output location.
Step 10: Select Kodi .deb as your Input File.
Step 11: Return to Xcode and then select the Window Menu > Devices.
Step 12: Select Apple TV from the devices.
Step 13: Select the Plus Button at the bottom and select the file you just generated.
Step 14: Enjoy!
